01 Preliminary Interview
The Preliminary Interview confirms what information the client seeks to obtain. 
Retainer Fee: A retainer fee is charged to start the task. This fee is non-refundable, even if the client decides not to proceed to the next step.

02 Research Contents
After confirming research content with the client, Nimbus Works will discuss the contents and sources to be included in the report.
Quote / Contract: proposal and approval of the quote makes the contract official. A 20 to 50% deposit is due upon signing the contract.

03 * Hearing * Interview * Focus Group * Online Survey * Industry/Marketing Research * Due Diligence
Nimbus Works employs many methods to create the final research report. Typically, research is conducted by a group of 3 to 4 members led by a researcher with expertise in the target research field.

04 Report/Analysis
In addition to the research result report, clients receive a detailed analysis/recommendation report. The balance of payment is due upon receipt of the report which is compliant to the contract.

Goal
The goal of Nimbus Works’ research is that the result will form the basis of effective strategy planning.
