01 Pre-Production
To begin the project, we first conduct a thorough interview with the client to clarify the current problem and the desired end state. Nimbus Works prepares possible options to achieve the goal at this initial stage and develops a strategy that fits the project. All factors that serve as the basis of marketing strategy are carefully reviewed through concept creation, back end system development, selection of necessary information and so on, to propose customized methods and a multilateral strategy for each client’s case.

02 Presentations
Based on the goals set with the client, Nimbus Works team members share their opinions though brainstorming research. Moreover, once the steps for achieving the goal are defined and confirmed, all the solutions that arise during the brainstorming process are summarized into visual factors and presented to the client. By thorough communication within the team as well as communication with the client, Nimbus Works can identify the appropriate services and products required to reach the client’s goal.

03. Post production
After the client approves the proposal, Nimbus Works creates an action plan and begins work on each subject. We prepare the communication environment (project management tools, tele-conference, video conference, etc.) appropriate for the project and collectively manage related information. Sharing information and maintaining open communication between the client and team members through feedback, various tests, and confirmation/approval flows creates transparency into the actual work process and helps us reach the final goal together.

04. Finish – feedback/support
Once we have delivered a solution to our client, we measure the actual effect of the completed project to see how well we achieved the preset goal. Follow up actions after project completion will be outlined for the client. The information and points for improvement obtained during the follow up process will be used to determine next steps and action items.
